Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I am sorry to hear that your child falls ill frequently. The weight seems low for age although a number of weighing measurements need to be done at periodic intervals to indicate whether the weight gain is adequate. Some children are often fussy eaters and that increases the problem further. Malnutrition could be a major cause for her low weight as well as recurrent illnesses. The following foods and measures should help.
1. Fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, tuna and sardines, are high in omega-3 fatty acids which are beneficial. You can also consider fish-oil supplements. Plant-based fats like olive oil can be added as supplements.
2. Use Whole grains which are beneficial due to high fiber content. Boil the cereals, pulses and vegetable together and make a mashed porridge sort of thing. It has to be palatable, otherwise the child might refuse it.
3. Vitamin E is an antioxidant and helps in protecting the body from pro-inflammatory molecules called cytokines. One of the best sources of this vitamin is dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, XXXXXXX broccoli, and collard greens. Nuts-particularly almonds, which are rich in fiber, calcium, and vitamin E, and walnuts, which have high amounts of alpha-linolenic acid, a type of omega-3 fat. In fact, all nuts contain good amount of antioxidants. These foods will help in enhancing the immunity.
4. Soy products contain Isoflavones, estrogen-like compounds found in, may have antioxidant properties and may boost immunity. Colourful vegetables also have more antioxidants and should be given. Red tomatoes for example are rich in lycopene, which has been shown to reduce inflammation. Beets are rich in fiber, vitamin C and plant pigments called betalains and have antiinflammatory properties. Berries are low in fat and calories and high in antioxidants. Tart cherries have are beneficial.
5. Yogurt and skim milk have anti-inflammatory properties, in addition to being rich source of calcium and vitamin D.
Turmeric, the ingredient that gives curry its yellow colour, works in the body by helping to turn off a NF-kappa B, a protein that regulates the immune system and triggers the process of inflammation. Pungent vegetables like ginger, garlic and onions are also known for their immunity-boosting properties.
Hope that helps.

Another bottle can be given. Moxclav safe. Steam inhalation likely to help.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
Moxclav is a safe antibiotic and another bottle can be given. The yellow colour of the phlegm seems to be due to a secondary bacterial infection and so Moxclav needs to be given. As I mentioned, the cough may persist for a while and you would have to be patient. Since you can hear the sound of breathing, Asthalin also needs to be continued till she has the symptoms.
Steam inhalation is a very natural way that should be helpful. Just sit with the child in your lap with the source of steam before you. Water in the form of vapour will be in the air she breathes in and it will help in diluting the cough by reaching deep inside the lungs.
Hope that helps.
