Brief Answer:
Baclofen with anti acidity medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I appreciate your concern for your father
Hiccup might be related to number of factors like
Diaphragmatic spasms
Uremia (high blood urea level)
Metabolic disorder
GERD or Acid reflux
Indigestion or intestinal disorder

I would advise him to follow these guidelines
He can take baclofen group of drug with anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids.
He should take small and frequent meals
ask him not to lie down immediately after food and to avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food

Please write back to me with more details like any medicines he is taking and all the blood reports so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes
