Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal Pain After Intercourse

Question: Hi, I have been having some lower stomach pain off and on for a few years. It seems it has gotten worse as the years go on. I do figure I need to get a doctor to see me at some point but money has been the issue. It seems that after intercourse my I am assuming ovaries or around that area kill me for the next few days. Much stronger pain than cramps etc. It feels like something is being ripped out of my body. I thought that might be because of maybe a cyst or something but that's not all, it seems if I even think about intercourse the pain starts on its own as well. What is the issue??

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Endometriosis should be ruled out in your case. Other conditions pelvic inflammatory disease also cause such symptoms.
Ultrasound examination of pelvis and abdomen as well transvaginal will be helpful to rule out the condition. Screening for tuberculosis also should be done.
A consultation with a gynecologist is well appreciated.Therapy with oral contraceptives or suppressive steroids like danazol is helpful for this.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks.
