Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If you do not mind me asking a few questions, and your quick and kind response to each question will help me narrow down my search for a diagnosis and accordingly guide you through treatment, thank you for your co-operation.
1. Do you have any irregularities with your urine frequency? More frequent or less frequent?
2. Any burning sensation with the urine?
3. What would you say is your average fluid intake per day in litres:
-Less than 1 L
-About 1 L
-1-2 L
-3 L and above
4. Have you measured your temperature? If yes, could you share it with me?
5. Have you travelled recently? If yes, where and how long was the travel time?
6. Any recent insect bites? And is there a mosquito infestation around where you lived or traveled lately?
I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further ma'am.
Best wishes.

??Strongly suspect renal tract stones +/- UTI
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
Thank you so much for that information.
With the current information at hand I strongly suspect either a kidney stone or a renal pathology that could have caused complications with the urinary system.
I would recommend the following:
+Drink plenty of water (at least 3 fluids) to help flush out any possibly small stones in the tract
+Visit a doctor at the earliest
+Request for an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis and ultrasound KUB
+Urine analysis.
These investigations will help confirm the diagnosis and accordingly help to direct treatment. But I am afraid your low consumption of liquids (1 L) is the main cause for your presentation here. Please visit a doctor at your earliest convenience.
Also, do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

Positive history added to the picture makes this more likely ma'am
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
Yes ma'am, the addition of a history does require a repeat investigation. There is a possibility that the size of the stone has increased.
The fever could possibly be due to it being lodged somewhere, causing the obstruction of urine and its stagnation, in turn resulting in growth of bacteria and a fever.
So you will have to rule out the stone, so that we can look into other causes, if at all the stone is not cause for your presentation. But either way, it would be my kind request for you to start drinking more fluids in a day (at least 2-3 L).
I hope and pray you feel much better and never have to experience this again, but prevention is better than cure. I also hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please do not ever hesitate to write to me anytime in the future as well, if you liked my responses.
Best wishes and good health to you. :)
