Brief Answer:
Simple blood tests may be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms.

You can do blood tests such as vitamin B12 and vitamin D level.

Also, medications such as rabeprozole (RAZO) may help in stomach ache, betahistine (VERTIN) may help in giddiness.

If symptoms persist, you can visit Apollo.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
