Brief Answer:
You may have metronidazole, anti inflammatory drugs and mouth washes

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, here are few measures which can help you.

Using anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or ibuprofen will help with pain and inflammation.

Meanwhile, using metronidazole will also help to reduce inflammation by decreasing susceptibility to any increase in infection.

Using antibiotics like augmentin may also be needed for super added gram positive infections which can be notorious for wound or surgical site infections.

Using antibacterial mouth washes may help to restrict infection.

Avoid too hot beverages, fizzy drinks or sour or caustic foods.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more queries. Regards.
