Brief Answer:
Findings suggests raised triglyceride level, uric acid & mildly raised SGPT

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings may suggests raised triglyceride level, uric acid and mildly raised SGOT,SGPT.
Elevated liver enzymes like increased SGOT and SGPT may indicate liver injury.
It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
Raised liver enzymes may be due to increased triglyceride level in your case.

You may need clinical evaluation and investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, complete liver function test and ultrasound of abdomen.

I suggest tablet fenofibrate 160 mg at night after dinner,it will control raised triglyceride level.
I also suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg tablet twice daily for three months. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

You should avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.

You may need diet restrictions for raised uric acid. You should avoid diet rich in purine like red meat, alcohol(if you take it)etc.
If findings persists then you may need uricosuric medicines like allopurinol etc.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
