Brief Answer:
Need proper evaluation for following treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) As you have already PCOD from the very beginning, then irregular late period is quite common. I suggest you to check the parameter of basic investigations like serum prolactin, blood sugar (PPBS), Hb%, complete hormone profile - LH/ FSH, DHEAS, estrogen, progesterone level, thyroid profile. You can upload or attach all these test reports after working out.

2) Your current pregnancy test is NEGATIVE and are planning to have baby next year. In that case, you have to regularize monthly cycle with proper ovulation. Body weight should be reduced by regular exercise or XXXXXXX

I can suggest combined hormonal pill like DIANE-35 to regularize your cycle. You should take it for 21 days with proper schedule and give a gap of 7 days to get back your period. Metformin should be added. Other supportive medicines may be required according to test reports availability.

3) Life style modification is another entity to regulate your period. Take LOW carbohydrate diet, avoid mental stress by doing regular meditation or yoga, take sound sleep and maintain genital hygiene properly.

Calorie should be restricted. Avoid fatty/ salted or junk food. Take more green vegetables. Consult with your nutritionist or dietician for proper diet chart.

Hope I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
