Brief Answer:
No documented drug interactions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I can understand your concerns.
Celexa is a serotonin reuptake inhibitors and used in stress, anxiety and depression and sudafed is a decongestant.
As such there is no drug interactions between two drugs but your mood swings can be due to intake of drugs or due to sinusitis also.
Because both the drugs can cause drowsiness, headache, loss of consciousness, difficulty in urination, dryness of mouth, palpitation etc.
You can do steam inhalation, nebulization, nasal drops to relieve your sinusitis.
Drink a lot of water, juices and soup.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.

so these two (celexa 20 mg & sudafed) are safe to take together and will not interfere with each other. I was doing good until I took the sudafed and I realized a change in my attitude and being short fused . is there any way that the sudafed can cause changes of moods or has there been any reported history of that . I do not drink or use any street drugs.

Brief Answer:
You can take it as a nasal spray.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the long delay in my response.
You can take sudafed through nasal spray and celexa together but better to avoid both together as you are having mood changes.
Celexa is use as an antidepressants and sudafed is a decongestant but have stimulating effect so maybe your symptoms can be due to sudafed.
So better avoid both the drug together.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
