Suggest Remedy For Muscle Cramps And Soreness In The Groin Area
Question: Quick question - Are there any lymph nodes (groin/Inguinal) at this particular spot or are they more to the side of the groin area (I don't think there is but just wanted to check - see pic) There is no swelling or anything, just a bit sore and maybe pulled a muscle there. Feels more like muscles around there and I guess I'd really notice a swollen lymph node?

1. the horizontal chain: lies at the crease as seen in the image you have provided.
2. the vertical chain of lymph nodes is like the vertical limb of the letter ''T'' and is along the arterial pulsation you can feel at the mid point of the crease.
The soreness may be due to pulled muscle there or may be ab inflamed skin glands, which are difficult to pin-point at this spot due to excessive fat.

Thank you for your quick response. So the horizontal chain is in the the crease of my leg and abdomen and the vertical then travels down my leg? Is that what you meant from the T shape. Just trying to visualize. Also, in general I guess any swollen lymph node are pretty easy to feel, right?
