Suggest Remedy For Nausea And Headaches After Cholecystectomy

Post Cholecystectomy Syndrome is what we need to address
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. These are signs of a Post Cholecystectomy Syndrome (PCS).
2. Draw the attention of your doctors who treated you four years ago to investigate the cause of this PCS. The operative region must be reinspected.
3. The shift to left in your blood cell counts, NRBC (Reticulocytes), Myelocytes (Band Cells) show that your bone marrow and body is fighting an infection or B Complex deficiency.
4. Your deranged lab testing (Blood coagulation report) points to the liver. The biliary tract must be re-investigated. Liver function tests and an a bdominal sonography (USG)will help. Hepatitis B and C viral load (DNA PCR) should be done.
5. The vomiting, diarrhea, headaches are seen in PCS and liver disorders.
6. Meanwhile start a B Complex Vitamin supplement and request for antibiotics if any signs of infection are found. Medications such as cholestyramine and fat restricted diets help. Other supportive medication such as anti-reflux medication can be added.
7. Upload the test results here.
If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing back.
1. Hopefully your test results will be available in a few days.
2. These symptoms should be informed to the doctors who treated your gall bladder.
If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.

Also, I have an appointment with the general surgeon who removed my gall bladder, on 12/29. I will ask her to order the abdominal scan.
The lab results I just uploaded were to test for Heb A, B and C as well as to verify the Ferritin levels.
CRP, ESR
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for writing back.
1. Almost all the tests are within normal limits. This is a good sign.
2. The serum Ferritin levels are still raised. This may be due to some chronic infection or inflammation. Get the C-Reactive Protein (CRP) and ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) levels done.
If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
