Brief Answer:
Psychotherapy is the mainstay of treatment

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the situation you are in. It is a condition which is difficult to treat especially when it manifests at this age, usually the earlier, the more effective interventions are.

The answer to your question consists only in physical therapy. There are no miracle working drugs. Yes drugs for ADHD, depresion or anxiety can be used and be useful to help control, but as an additional aid, they are not the cornerstone of treatment, the only thing which can be hoped to have some lasting effect is psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy consists in management sessions with the parents, teching techniques for reinforcement and discipline as well as cognitive behavioral psychotherapy sessions for the patient. Sessions are tailored according to each patients and family's individual characteristics, conducted by professionals and last for months or years.
