Suggest Remedy For Pain And Stiffness In Fingers Caused By Arthritis In An Elderly Person

Question: I'm 67 and recently have had stiffness and pain in my fingers...my guess was arthritis...now I've developed two small bumps in the center of my left hand that seem to be along the tendons too my two middle fingers. I have pain when pressure is applied to them. Not sure what's happening.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that yes you are right it can be primary nodal osteoarthritis that you are having . I would request you to send the pic of the swellings that have appeared , it sounds like ganglion to me but need to see once before commenting on it.

Do you have Diabetes ? Also since I see its developing in palm it looks like skin thickening may be due to friction , doesnt seem like arthritis picture can be present in diabetic patients. For your PNOA get Vitamin D levels checked also as their low levels may lead to stiffness in mornings in patients .
