Brief Answer:
Take over the counter analgesics.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This anal pain could be due to stretching of gluteal muscles during anal penetration or tearing of anal skin lead to anal ulcer.

You should take over the counter analgesic like diclofenac 100 mg twice daily with antispasmodic like dicyclomine with topical antiseptic-anesthetic cream or ointment to be applied over the anus after every bowel movement.

You may also require antibiotics (ofloxacin with ornidazole) to heal that anal ulcer but before that you should see surgeon who will examine the anus or performe proctoscopy to rule out any other anal mucosal injury.

Hope this will help you.If any more question then feel free to ask me.

Regards,
