Suggest Remedy For Pain In Eyes With Severe Headache
Question: Hi Doctor, My wife is suffering from headache from last night. The pain is in between both eyes and in the rest of the head. Pressing between the eyes is giving relief. No other symptoms. Please advise. Thanks, XXXXXXX

Headache is common in young and mostly migraine or tension type headache.
Migraine headache may have associated nausea, vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia, unilateral, throbbing character.
Tension type headache is holocranial, Bursting associated with stress, decreased sleep.
For treatment at present give pain killers like Naproxen or paracetamol or Aceclofenac.
Provide more details regarding headache.

Thank you Doctor. Steam has given some relief. Applying preasure at the forehead between eyes also gives relief. But, she feels pain again after some time. She had similar compliant 5-6 years ago for which an ENT specialist treated her and got it cured. Unfortunately, we lost those prescriptions to upload here and do not remember what the reason was back then. In case no relief this night, we will see a doctor tomorrow.

Continue steam inhalation and take pain killer as advised earlier.
