The pain is around the belly button I do not have a gall bladder that was removed in 2012. I have been taking the throw up pills which isn't working I still feel like I need to throw up been like this for 24 hours
Brief Answer:
You should go to the hospital.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Read and understand your history and concerns.
Noted about Crohn's and fibromyalgia, present complaints about pain in abdomen around belly button and throwing up and the medications you are taking.
With the past history and present complaints of 24 hours duration, I would advise you to go to the hospital, get clinical evaluation preferably from a General Surgeon, relevant investigations and symptomatic and definitive treatment.
Remaining at home without proper treatment can lead to complications which are always difficult to treat than the root cause.
I hope this answers your query.
