Brief Answer:
Please check her post prandial sugar and HBA1C

Detailed Answer:
hello Mr.XXXX,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.

As I understand from your query that your mother has severe periarthritis of right shoulder. Please continue with physiotherapy and analgesics as per recommendation of an orthopedic surgeon.

From the reports you have attached it is apparent that her fasting Blood sugar of 132 is higher than normal and suggestive of Diabetes. I suggest you to get her 2 hours post meal blood sugar along with HBA1C (Reports which gives information of last 3 month's average blood sugar). Following which we may consider to initiate treatment for diabetes. Please inform me report of blood sugar.

It is quite known that if diabetes is not controlled then such pain does not come under control. Other reports are suggestive mild elevations of lipids. Her serum cholesterol should be below 150 and LDL should be below 100.

Her high SGPT is because of effect of zyrova on liver. But it is acceptable. You may continue Amlopress AT in same dose.

My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
