Suggest Remedy For Pain Under Armpit And Back Of Neck

Question: thank you. I just returned from travel in South XXXXXXX I experienced an insect bite on the left upper abdomen, which is not healing . Sore and occurred on Thurs of last week. After that, I experienced pain under my armpit, into left breast, and some pain in the back of my neck. Intermittent fever of 100.
