I M Diagnosed With Thyroid. What Could Be The Reason For Intermittent Fever?
Hi, I am getting fever everyday around 8 am and body aches for 3 hrs. After that fever subsides and everything is normal. This occurs everyday. i am currently going through thyroid medication. Have taken all necessary blood tests indicating everything is normal. Dont know why is this happening. Please guide me further as to what can be the reason for this intermittent fever. Thanks.
Hello, If the thyroid hormones has been checked and the actual dose is correct than thyroid is ecxluded as a probable cause of fever. In these cases an infectious disease should be tried to find out. If you were a patient in my clinic i would recommend to see an infectionist. Hope the information will help. Kind regards, Dr.Mirjeta
