Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I have read your query and I have also reviewed the Image. This seems like a bacterial skin infection i.e Imetigo, which commonly presents as a dry, honey colored crust covering an underlying eroded, oozing raw skin and with surrounding redness. Pain is usually present.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest a course of an Oral antibiotic for a week. My choice of Oral antibiotic swould have been either Amoxicillin 500 mg Or Amoxicillin 500mg +Clavulanic acid 125mg combination, thrice daily for a week. Topically I would suggest her to use a 2% mupirocin ointment, twice daily, for a week.
These are prescription medications and should be taken after consultation witha doctor. Therefore I suggest that you talk to a general practitioner/ physician in your vicinity for the needful.

Regards
