Suggest Remedy For Painful Uterus And Back Pain With Absence Of Periods

Question: So I last got my period in October and me and my husband have regular sex. All of November I became nauseous and very very tired and I thought maybe it was just because of the work I was doing since I'm military and I was under a stressful school. So December rolled around still with no period and I was experiencing really sharp and painful uterus pain and back pain almost everyday. It was to the point where sometimes I thought I'd have to go to the hospital. So I decided to take a pregnancy test and the firs 3 showed faintly faintly positive but I was sure so I waited a few days with more pain and took another test with a negative. A week later which is today I just sat down and I felt something weird fall out and saw what's in the pic. At first I was like this is weird because I've never felt anything like this when I have had my period. Now I'm wondering if I experienced a very early miscarriage or is it lining. My body just has never done this.
Brief Answer:
its not an 8 week gestational sac..its the lining
Detailed Answer:
hello,
thanks for contacting HCM,
When your pregnancy test are negative, the pic is not of an 8 week abortus in any way. It is endometrial lining with clot and possibly onset of your menses from today.I is expected that since last 2 months you haven't got your periods so the endometrium is likely to be thickened and the symptoms you are going through with severe backpain and cramps are PMS.
It would be advisable to under go an ultrasound pelvis if the menses dont resume in next two days and then you can opt for a progesterone withdrawal bleed to resume menses.

I used to be very irregular and i never expelled lining that is why i was concerned. I thought maybe i may have ovulated late
Brief Answer:
hello
Detailed Answer:
hello,
sorry for late reply.
As mentioned in your occupation that you are in military and i suppose physical exercise and stress are equally high. stress per se can cause delayed menses in most women who have been doing strenuous exercises and work.
So this may just be an isolated episode,.
you may maintain a menstrual calendar for next 3 months to record the pattern of bleed.
