Brief Answer:
Avoid alcohol, take omez

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Alcohol causes vasodialatation so it can not cause such symptoms or these could be probably be due to alcoholic gastropathy. The excess alcohol you drank irritate the inner lining of the stomach.

Stop drinking alcohol. Take OTC omez (omeprazole) once daily before breakfast for week, for relief.

I hope that answers your question.
