Suggest Remedy For Persistent Fatigue, Headache And Hand Tremors
I have had depression due to losing a lot of friends and family in a very short time. As we have been dealing with all of those issues until recently I finally said to the dr about my symptoms, I was diagnosed as having a fast heart beat, then was sent to have a stress test which I failed, was then sent to Melb to have a heart test - it came back fine, blood tests were fine and so was a lung test I had prior to those. My Doctor is at a loss as to what I might have or what might be causing the issues. I have also been to my chiropractor who did a pile of balance style tests ans he said that everything was fine with just a small amount of weakness, so I ruled out my back causing issue, I also have I hiatas hernia and have put on over 5kg in just 4 weeks
The hiatus hernia could very well be the cause, try my suggestions
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. When you mentioned the sensation of heat around the chest and then pain in the upper stomach region, I almost immediately suspected a gastric issue to be the cause for your symptoms.
The stomach lies predominantly on the left side of the body, in conditions like gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, hyperacidity, gastroesophageal reflux disease, hiatus hernia, acid reflux, etc; symptoms like heaviness of chest and shoulders, dizziness, along with the chest and stomach pain, burning, discomfort, heat, etc; are common.
As a suggestion and insight (rather a different way to looking at things), I would recommend an upper GI endoscopy, 24-acid pH monitoring, and the following recommendations:
+Avoid stress
+Avoid spicy food
+Avoid fatty food
+Avoid fried food
+Avoid tea
+Avoid coffee
+Avoid carbonated drinks
+Avoid oily food
+Avoid over eating
+Have 5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 larger ones
+Drink plenty of water
+Avoid smoking
+Avoid alcohol
+Avoid strenuous exercise (only mild forms of exercise like walking can be employed)
+Use an antacid like ranitidine, omeprazole, etc; 15 minutes before each meal
+Lose weight if you are obese or overweight
I look forward to hearing good news soon, and also please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
