Suggest Remedy For Persistent Fatigue, Light Headedness And Weakness

Question: I am 28 years old and a vegetarian. I'm feeling weakness, light- headedess and fatigue every day for 2 months, plus I awaken with a pain under my sternum in the middle of my stomach area every day. It used to hurt every day after I ate, and a nutritionist put me on a restricted diet with no grains, dairy, soy, sugar or nightshade veggies. I have less pain after eating, but I'm getting weaker, can't think well and I still hurt every morning.
Brief Answer:
Hemoglobin should be checked
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms,
I would advise you to have a blood analysis done. In young females, especially if vegetarian, low Hb levels can be seen sometimes, which can cause fatigue and weakness.
About your pain, it seems to be a gastric pain. In such cases I would go with medications like Omeprazole. If you notice that you still have pain in two or three weeks, I would advise you to have gastroscopy done.
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health
