Brief Answer:
Possibility of tension type headache

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Headache at this age may be both primary or secondary.
Primary headache with bifrontal holocranial involvement may be tension type. Associated feeling of tightness with sleep disturbances may be present.
Other possibility may be secondary headache if associated with vomiting, fever, visual loss, loss of consciousness, seizures, facial deviation, motor weakness, sensory loss. In such case a neuroimaging of brain may be required.
If you are having excessive sleepiness then you can stop baclofen and doses of muscle relaxant.
You can take amitryptiline, nortryptiline or sertraline for headache.
Visit and consult a neurologist for proper examination and treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
