Brief Answer:
Most Likely Tension Headache. Can be Cured with Simple tablets for 5 days

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir

Welcome Back to Health Care Magic

A Continuous pain over Left Side of the head without Specific Triggering Factors or Specific Relieving Factors is mostly due to Tension Headache.

Management of Tension Headache is as follows
1. Tab. Paracetamol 500 mg three times a day
2. Tab. Tizanidine 2 mg three times a day
Only if the pain does not decrease after taking the above tablets for five days, we need to investigate further.
