Suggest Remedy For Persistent Severe Dizziness And Headache

Take pain killers and rest.
Detailed Answer:
Hello there and welcome to HCM,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Headache with dizziness may be a part of migraine and also associated with nausea, vomiting or photophobia or phonophobia.
Other less common possibility may be tension type headache with bilateral Bursting headache, associated with anxiety and sleep disturbances.
You should take pain killers for few days along with Tab AMITRYPTILLINE 25mg Once Daily at bedtime(since its a prescription drug you need to check into your local physician for this).
If migraine headache is present then prophylaxis treatment may be required for few months.
Kindly Provide more clinical details regarding headache.
Any previous history of headache?
Any other medical illness?
Any medications for other illness?
Hope you found the answer helpful.

I do not have history of headaches at all.
I have no other illnesses and am not on any medications at all.
It doesn't seem to matter if i look up, or down, or turn my head sideways or lay down, I still get dizzy to the point where I'm almost feeling like I could pass out.
Please help!
Get investigated by a neurologist and take medication as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In my patients with these complains I prefer to give amitryptiline 10mg night dose with cinnarizine or betahistine 16 mg thrice daily.
You can also visit a neurologist for clinical examination.
