Brief Answer:
Need cardiovascular work up;Consult cardiologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir. Thanks for your query.

Light headedness is commonly and importantly seen in 3 conditions namely cardiovascular abnormality(abnormal heart rate or function), inner ear disturbance(vestibular insufficiency) and anaemia.Hence I would examine do a complete cardiovascular and blood work-up & ask for carotid Doppler scan if required.

I would recommend to consult a cardiologist for further evaluation & management.

Feel free to post me any other queries you may have.
