Suggest Remedy For Pigmentation On Face
Question: i have done with two sittings of laser treatment over the upper lip chin and jawline being tired of hairgrowth and darker skin like a moustache.after two sessions hairgrowth hs lessened,i feel , but there is a very awkward line on my upper lip which is embarrassing and i m losing my confidence .dr. suggested kojivit plus cream .but no sign of improvemnt..instead it seems it is even more visible.pls suggest for this upper lip dark line

Transient hyperpigmentation is a very common side effect of laser treatment in Indians as our colour normally varies from wheatish to dark in majority of cases.
The fortunate thing is that it is transient and will disappear on treatment. In such cases I suggest my patients to apply hydroquinone cream on the affected dark area at night and apply a high spf sunscreen on the entire face at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time. You can continue with kojivit plus cream in the morning. Besides this avoid direct sunlight and make use of umbrella, sunglasses and scarf whenever out in the sun.

thanx for your suggestion ..can i use clearz ultra at night.....transient means how long.....u mean to say after the whole treatment....i.e two -three more sessions of laser ....or it will lighten with the use of these creams
