Detailed Answer:
Welcome
I believe I understand your problem.
Based on symptoms it seems that you have ear infection.
Popping of your ears when you blow your nose suggests ear infection.
Ringing of ear and earache, coughing, sneezing can occur due to infection.
A course of antibiotic will help you. I usually prescribe cefixime course to my patient and paracetamol + phenylephrine combination to my patient.(sinarest)
Prescription by your doctor is necessary.
Sinarest is an antihistamine that should help your clear your sinuses. Its an Over The Counter drug that is available without prescription.
Do warm saline water gargles daily. you can use vicks lozenges and drink plenty of fluids.
do not worry.
take care.
