Suggest Remedy For Presence Of Tampon Cardboard Applicator Inside Vagina

Question: I'm not sure if the cardboard applicator of a tampon is lost in my vagina. How can I determine if it is? How quickly do I need to determine this?

To determine if the cardboard of a tampon is in your vagina the best way is to get a pelvic examination.
But you can put a mirror down there and look.
Don’t be scared.
It is your own body.
You can even use your finger to find it.
It is the only hole you can put your finger in ,after you move the tampon that you have inside you can put way and cardboard if it is inside.
Cardboard is material that cant cause issue and can go way by itself,if you dont put it way.

Just to make sure that I understand the last part correctly, the cardboard material wouldn't put me at risk for TSS - it would just go away, right?

Hi dear again!

Dont worry so much because you are not at risk even if you have the cardboard inside.
Try to use tampons for a short period of time and do not keep inside for more than 24 hours ,try to change them more often.
After you will finish your periods ,you can use vaginal douching with povidone solution diluted with water, twice per day.
