Suggest Remedy For Pressure And Dull Pain In Penis Post Vasectomy

default
Posted on Mon, 28 Dec 2015
Question: I had a vasectomy about 5 months ago. Every now and then I still get a sensation, like pressure, or a dull ache, or sensitive skin around incision areas. Mostly the left side. Generally this happens in the morning, but has also happened throughout the day. My job requires me to sit most the day. I have currently experienced the issue since last night. About 13 hours.

Brief Answer:
I will recommend that you take Ibuprofen for this!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have reviewed this information fully and it is suggestive of a post incisional pain. I will suggest that you take a pain medication for this. This pain is not uncommon after surgery and often resolves after several months. I will also advise that you put on supportive under wears which will prevent excess pressure that can provoke and aggravate this pain.

In all, Ibuprofen and supportive underwear’s would be able to help address this problem.

Keep me posted. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
