Question: I have purple protruding veins on the right side of my scrotum and I found them because I have been having a lot of pain, should I be concerned?

It could be a Varicocele. See a Surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. You most likely have a Varicocele which is a swelling of the veins of the scrotum. They usually dont lead to much pain unless there is a complication.
I suggest you consult a Surgeon who can examine you and advice accordingly. You also might require an Ultrasound of the Scrotum for complete accurate diagnosis. But do not worry once the Surgeon sees you treatment can be started accordingly.
Till then you should wear tighter under garments and take pain medicines.
