Suggest Remedy For Raised Lesions On Skin
Question: hi... I realize this doesn't look like much and it's not I am just wondering what it is. it's like little white raised dots. they aren't pimples or at least there is not anything in them, no pus or anything, just patches of areas that have these white raised dots. do you know what it could be?

I read history and looked at photo you uploaded.
YOU SEEM TO HAVE MULTIPLE ERUPTIVE MILIA MOST PROBABLY.
The milia are the cystic lesions caused by collection of keratinous material in the skin. The condition is benign and harmless. Sometimes..no treatment is required,as it resolve in few weeks to few months. However, you consult dermatologist to have firm diagnosis. If after few months milia remain as they are,then treatment should be considered.
I would suggest as follow...
- retinoic acid gel application on the lesions for few weeks
- deroofing the cyst with sterile needle and to remove the keratinous material
- electrocautery under local anaesthesia
- cryotherapy
- chemical peeling
- laser ablation
