Question: The white part of my eye below the pupil is swollen and looks yellowish. This just happened and I'm wondering what it could mean. My eye was very itchy and then that are swelled up. It doesn't hurt though.

This looks like a start of an ocular allergic reaction.

It might get a little itchy, so kindly refrain from that.

Use clean cold water and gently splash it on your eyes to relieve the itching. You may even use an ice pack.

You can instill eye drop Olopatadine twice daily for a week if the symptoms persist. In case of severe allergic reaction you may add a Tablet of Fexofenadine 120 once daily for 3 days.
