Question: Red penis .red blotches on knob went quickly with cannisten but back this eve (a few days later ) and further down penis. Not unprotected sex but maybe blowjob. Flying China tomorrow bus to airport in morn no time for visit to doc

Cleanse only with an antispetic!

I will recommend that you cleanse only with an antiseptic such as betadine. Keep dry and airy by avoiding thick under wears as this delays healing and worsens the disease condition. Hold off Cannistin at this time and lets' observe rather.

Also should have said the reemergence is not at all on the knob where it was first, so maybe something different as you seem to indicate . Sorry for all texting but flying to China today. Not sure if I can login from there. Will send updated photo in one hour

Upload photo. Maybe not as bad. Boarding in 30 minutes. My last chance to get emergency stuff from pharmacy now . Please advise as going to China and medicine is different there
