Brief Answer:
antiseptic applications should do
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Scrotal lymphoedema is common after abdominal lymphadenectomy ( removal of nodes). The skin over the scrotum stretches and shiny. It just needs an antiseptic dressing. You can apply antiseptic cream like soframycin (neomycin) and leave it open as well. Do not scratch it again. It should crust in three days.
There is no full treatment for secondary lymphodema.
Hope this answers.
