Brief Answer:
This is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I have read you query and I understand your concerns after IUI.
Following is my reply:
1) This is normal as you had more than one follicle and the uterus will be contracting now.
2) This generally comes down in 2 days.
3) If not take any antispasmodic medicines to help relieve it.
4) Burping is unrelated to it.
I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.
Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.
Regards,
Dr. Mahesh Koregol.

Brief Answer:
Ovulation and subsequent contraction of the womb
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
During ovulation and subsequent implantation process, the womb keeps holding and releasing ( Contraction and relaxation) which leads to pain.
Generally this comes down in 2 days. If too much, medicines can help you.
Sperms generally stay alive for 24 hours.
