Brief Answer:
ureteric colic, X Ray KUB

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information provided by you, it looks like ureteric colic, it appears to me that you have pain due to obstructive uropathy due to an impacted stone in Ureter.

Please get X Ray KUB ( kidney ureter bladder) and ultrasound. Depending on the findings you have to consult a Urologist, for evaluation and further management.
I would have treated you with diclofenac and would have asked you to drink plenty of water.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
