How To Ease The Severe Lower Back Pain?

I am 38 year old hypothyroid patient, height 5'2' weight 80, just had a scan with diagnoses grade II fatty liver with no focal lesions/IHBRD. Cholelithiasis with no sonologic cholecystitis - small gall bladder polyp. common bile duct is normal. normal renal echoes with no calculus/obstructive uropathy on the right - left mid polar renal calculus with mild fullness of the PCS ? due to residual dilatation of a passed out calculus. Anteverted uterus with a small posterior wall fibroid, normal endometrium - no adenexal lesions. i am having severe lower back pain so unable to exercise. Kindly advice
