Hi and thank you for asking on HCM.
You are reporting to have abdominal pain since Sunday. abdominal pain may be related with:
- gastritis /ulcer
- menstrual cycle/ ovarian cyst
- IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome)

This is why I would like to know more of your symptoms like:
- do you have other symptoms like constipation, diarrhea, fever, vomiting?
- is your pain related with meal?

Meantime I suggest to :
- use anti spastic drugs like spasm-ex
- use PPI's like prilosec OTC
- eat often and small amount of meal
- try to keep warm your feet
- use chamomile tea
Hope it was helpful to you.

I have diarrhea, lose of appetite, a fever on and off, and I've been pretty nauseous. I also have a mirena iud so it's not related to menstruation. The pain has been constant and doesn't get any worse or better when I do eat. I've only been eating so that I don't make myself any sicker. I had a vaginal ultrasound done and everything came back normal from that. And when I was in the er they said my pain was really close to my appendix and they were pretty positive I had appendicitis. But everything seemed to come back normal. I just don't understand what's going on and why I'm still in pain if it's supposedly nothing

Brief Answer:
Acute viral gastroenteritis....

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for posting more of your medical data.

You are reporting to have diarrhea, nausea and fever. These signs are suggestive for viral gastrointestinal infection.

Meantime i suggest to :
- use hyrdamin and tasectan 3 packs per day
- use probiotics
- take plenty of water
- avoid sugar and fatty foods
- use fresh fruit juice
- continue medications mentioned earlier.

If the symptoms still persist after a couple of days than you should do stool test culture to rule out / confirm bacterial Gastrointestinal infection. After that you should start antibiotic treatment like Metronidasole and ciprofloxacine.

Wish you all the best!

Hi back and sorry for my late!

Even the diarrhea has started yesterday, your symptoms are mostly due to acute GI viral infection.
This is why I strongly suggest to follow the adviced given above.

Wish you fast recovery!
