Suggest Remedy For Severe Back And Shoulder Pain

Question: Should I contact family doctor or surgeon or am I OK? Last night, for 12 hours from 4pm to 4am, I had severe back pain from shoulders to lower back, chills, nausea accompanied by some pressure and mild pain in upper right side in area of liver. Less than 3 weeks ago I had laproscopic gall bladder removal because liver enzymes were in mid 200s and high 60s. An endoscopy showed inflamed gall bladder pressing against the liver. Not sure if this indicates a problem related to surgery and conditions leading to surgery or might be something different, so don't know which doctor to contact.
Brief Answer:
Gastiris secondary to prednisolone
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
From the history you have given it is most likely to be gastritis secondary to the prednisolone you are taking. Anti gastric medication like omeprazole once a day before food should help.
To answer your questions, I think it is better to meet your surgeon in this regard, he is the best person to assess abdominal discomfort
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

I have taken the prednisone for close to 10 years and never had anything like this. I was on 5mg for several years and now down to 3mg. I have never had chills like this, shaking with cold, unable to get warm.
Are prednisone and prednisolone the same??
Thank you, I will contact the surgeon, and that was my primary question
