Suggest Remedy For Severe Back Pain
Question: since last two days I am having severe lower back pain. the pain is more excruciating when sitting. standing or lying down is still OK. it's more towards the left side of the joint of spine and pelvic bone. there was actually mild pain in the area for a few days before. and it got extremely aggravated when I coughed in the morning 2 days back. since then it's really a bad situation. kindly advise
