Suggest Remedy For Severe Bronchitis
Question: My 17 year old daughter has a terrible couch and stuffed up nose. No fever. This has been going on 1 week. We've been using inhaler and doing neb treatments.

She seems to be suffering from Acute bronchitis associated with Sinus congestion.
I would advice in such case a combination of Levocetrizine and Montelukast which helps in anti allergic action.
In case she has acute spam of chest, she would need nebulization with Budenoside and Asthalin.
In fact, if the congestion doesn't get relieved by these medicines, she might require oral steroids for a short course.
