Suggest Remedy For Severe Chest And Back Pain

Question: Male 20 .so for the past couple days ive had like a pain in my chest not really pain but like i feel i have to crack it but it wont crack. Back pain shortness of breathe and nausea with dry heaves could this be my kidneys

I will suggest you take Benadryl for this. if symptoms persist after three days, then I will recommend that you seek further medical attention.
