Question: Yes!
I have had a problem with constipation lately. I have had psins usually going from right to left and that usually means I need to go to my BR and can usually poop which usually stops the pain.

PROBABILITY:-
You have this shifting pain due to constipation and this is the sole reason for your trouble.

DIET MODIFICATIONS:-
You need to take a healthy and balanced diet with plenty of fruits, salads and green leafy vegetables.
No processed red meat.
No western diet.
No junk and spicy foods, fried and fast foods.
No energy drinks, beverages, caffeinated drinks and chocolates.
Take plenty of water and add citrucel dietary fiber supplement.

LIFESTYLE MODIFICATIONS:-
Remain physically active as much as you can.


Medication guide:-
Lactulose syrup 4 TSF at night.
Pantoprazole + Levosulpiride before breakfast.
Adult Glycerin suppositories if severe constipation.


If you feel nothing is helping you anymore, that will be the high time to consult a Gastroenterologist for in-person and thorough evaluation. He may go for a colonoscopy and will rule out important causes of constipation. Maybe there is some problem with the rectum or colon.
