Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the consultation at my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.
The symptoms you mentioned can be the manifestations of the thyroid disease, Diabetes, deranged lipid profile, deranged functions of liver etc and for that you need to go for some blood work so that we may find out the cause and help you in the best possible way.
Blood Work needed:-
Comprehensive metabolic panel.
CBC with ESR and Differentials.
Thyroid profile.
HbA1c levels.
Can you please upload the recent picture of stools to see if there is some issue with that. I have seen many patients describing the stools to be different but stool examination comes out to be normal in all aspects. Try some latest good quality (high resolution and lighting) pictures. I will get back to you soon.
If all the labs come back normal then my diagnosis for you will be Anxiety disorder. But this also needs some points to be clarified in history then. Let's go in a systematic way to get to a clear diagnosis. First of all please go ahead as aforementioned above. Then we can go in a best possible direction.
Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with expert opinion. Please don't forget to give Five Star rating to help me assist my patients in a better way; and, please don't forget to 'Close This Discussion'.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up is very necessary regarding the treatment efficacy and to see if there is a need to change the treatment options. So keep a follow up to see how you doing (Always write down my name in the start of your questions at HCM & I will be with you in no time).

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back!
Thanks for uploading the picture. I don't think there is an obvious problem as there is sometimes a natural and totally normal change in the color of stools. But still it's my duty to calm you down regarding your genuine health concerns. So I suggest you to do nothing else but going to the nearest laboratory and get some tests done. I am giving the complete list here.
Blood Work needed:-
Comprehensive metabolic panel.
CBC with ESR and Differentials.
Thyroid profile.
HbA1c levels.
Urine complete analysis.
Urine culture and sensitivity test.
Stool examination (complete).
By the time we are doing these very important and necessary tests, let me know some more about the urinary issues. Do you also have any symptoms or problems while urinating??
Have you recently taken a new drug or tried a new food??
Start taking a lot of clean drinking water and add Citrucel dietary fiber supplement two times a day in diet.
The stool color doesn't look like to be due to issues related to liver or bile. So don't worry. I will be in a better position to help you in an expert way once I get the tests reports.
Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with expert opinion.
