Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache With Nausea, Anxiety And Panic Attacks

Question: My wife has had a headake since Sunday. When she was in the hospital their diagnoses was : nausea,anxiety,tachycardia and hypoalemia. Her blood pressure was found to be greater than 120/80. Yesterday I give her a 1/2 dose of Tylenol am and Advil full dose yesterday pm that didn't work. she now having chills and heat flashes, very uncomfortable. We were admitted to the hospital Sunday am for to much wine. That's what the doctors thought. She had a panic attack that same Sunday am before the paramedics arrive and took us to the hospital. They also said that she might have pre-hypertension or hypertension (high blood pressure) she already takes high blood pressure med (losartan &amlodipine) What can I do to make her comfortable we have a doctors appointment at 9:30 an PST today ( YYYY@YYYY )

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Headache with chills needs to be evaluated.
Is there any history of fever, vomiting, seizure, visual loss, neck pain, cough, urinary complains?
Any other medical illness like diabetes?
Pain killers like Naproxen can be tried in 500 mg dosage.
Examination and blood investigation are required to rule out any infection.
Anxiety if present may respond to clonazepam.
