Brief Answer:
2 possibilities, treatment for both listed

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. In my opinion, there could be 2 possibilities:

1. Clogged ear due to wax: Requiring ear drops like murine eardrops, waxsol eardrops, etc; which help to remove all the excess wax out resulting in unclogging

2. Ear infection: Usually otitis media which results from swimming, and requires the following-
-Oral antibiotic containing amoxicillin and clavalunate (e.g. amoxclav, augmentin, etc.) 625 mg, one tablet twice daily for 14 days
-Murine ear drops or any other drops that help with expulsion of wax
-Mild pain management medication
-Plenty of water to drink
-Avoid letting water enter the ear canal

If at all you do not experience an improvement with either of these regimens, or your hearing starts to get impaired, please visit a doctor immediately. Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
