Suggest Remedy For Shortness Of Breath And Fever

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I understand your concern and would explain that in this clinical situation it is important to perform a careful differential diagnosis between different causes that may mimic this clinical scenario:
- low blood glucose. hypoglycemia could be associated to a similar clinical scenario.
- a thyroid dysfunction
- an epileptic seizure
- an autonomic nervous system dysfunction
- an electrolytes imbalance
- a cardiac arrhythmia could only explain partially your symptoms
- anxiety or a panic attack.
How long did these episodes last? Were you sleeping?
What is your past medical history? What was your body temperature?
I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical examination and some tests :
-resting ECG
-chest X ray study
-blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate, thyroid hormone levels, fasting glucose, kidney and liver function tests, blood electrolytes)
If you have an elevated body temperature or fever in the next days, a blood bacterial culture and an urine analysis would be helpful in excluding a possible infection.
An EEG may be needed to exclude possible partial epileptic seizures, which could cause a similar symptomatology.
From the other hand, if suspicions on a possible cardiac arrhythmia are raised (which could be related to shortness of breath) a cardiac ultrasound and an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring would be necessary.
Hope to have been helpful!
Feel free to ask any other questions, whenever you need!
Greetings!

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for the information provided.
Your high body temperature is very indicative for an infection.
Your symptoms don't seem to be related to your cardiac problems.
The episodes of shaking are related to muscular contractions during the raise of your body temperature. It is a physiological mechanism during the raise of body temperature.
Do you have any other symptoms like cough, abdominal pain, diarrhea or pain while urinating?
Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a careful physical examination and some tests:
-chest X ray study
-resting ECG (to examine your heart rhythm)
-complete blood count
-inflammation tests (PCR, sedimentation rate)
-blood bacterial culture
-urine bacterial culture
You should discuss with your doctor on these issues. An antibiotic therapy may be needed if suspicions on a bacterial infection are raised.
Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes!
